Maar de manager is me nog geld schuldig....

Ok, vanmorgen kreeg ik een text dat John "The Impossible" een "police-blotter entry" had ingediend gistermiddag en dat bleek correct te zijn en mijn plan werkte dan toch in  principe:

Toen heb ik de investigator on duty vanmiddag gevraagd of hij hier een uitreksel van kon maken en in de blotter plaatsen maar dat doet hij morgenochtend en daar stemde ik mee in want die man is een vriendelijke vent en ik respecteer hem dan ook.

The undersigned (complainant), WILLEM D. KLOOTZAK, a Dutch national, single, 64 years old, and at present residing at Barangay Bacagay, Dumaguete city hereby requests you respectfully to create an entry in the Police-Blotter as based on the understated facts as alleged by him:

1.   That, the complainant herein is at present the "Reggae-Dj" in the "Why-Not" disco at Rizal Boulevard, Dumaguete city.

2.   That, the complainant herein is not gainfully employed in such position because his actions are voluntary without gains.

3.   That, the respondent in this case is a certain JOHN B., an American citizen, single, of legal age and residing at an unknown address to the complainant herein and is further called herein as the "respondent".

4.   That, whenever the respondent in this case enters the "Why Not" disco he will play billiard and gets drunk nine out of ten times.

5.   That, whenever the respondent in this case gets drunk in the "Why Not" he will become violent and has a history of breaking lights and other gear and moreover insulting and shouting thereby at the Filipina waitresses.

6.   That, the respondent herein has previously been detained for several times in the Dumaguete city PNP detention-center as a result of his immoral -and violent behavior.

7.   That, under "3" hereinabove complainant is not 100% sure about the correct spelling of the surname " B".

8.   That, on November 22, 2011, the complainant herein finished the first part of his music for that night thereby giving the live-band time to start with their first "set".

9.   That, by going down the "Dj-Booth" the complainant herein spotted the respondent named hereinabove playing billiard with some Filipinos and other foreigners.

10.   That, the respondent and complainant herein had already a history of arguments  and "collisions" due to the violent and arrogant behavior of the respondent.

11.   That, after sitting down on a chair the complainant ordered a bottle of beer and watched the games of billiard going on.

12.   That, the complainant noticed the respondent to be drunk already at about 21.45 hours.

13.   That, at a certain time the respondent proceeded to one of the bars and ordered a beer from one of the waitresses on duty.

14.   That, the waitress handed him his beer and demanded for payment thereof, and she gave him the pay slip with the amount due, which in such case he put immediately in his pocket.

15.   That, suddenly the respondent in this case showed "the FINGER" with both hands and started shouting "Fuck-You, Fuck-You and Fuck all of you Filipinas"

16.   That, a few seconds later he took a 100-peso bill out of his pocket, cut it in two parts with his hands and threw it on top of the bar, walked away and started shouting again. "Fuck you Filipinas"

17.   That, the waitress went to the manager and showed her the cut 100 peso bill and the manager ordered her to tape the bill.

18.   That, the respondent went back to the billiard-tables and turned his rage again to the same waitress when she returned the change to him moments later by shouting "You Filipina motherfuckers cheated me, Fuck You, Fuck You and Fuck you all". And a while later on the complainant saw the waitress crying because she had lost face in front of her co-workers and other customers.    

19.   That, the Filipino customers on the same table shut their mouths on that moment because they were offered drinks by the respondent in this case.

20.   That, the complainant herein lost his temper and raised his "FINGERS" in front of the respondent and told him: "Fuck-You, because whenever you come here you will create troubles and you know that mostly you will get away with it because the management is only after how much you will spend here but some of you Americans think they can own the whole planet". Moreover you have no respect whatsoever for the Filipinos, their culture and their currency  which makes me feel ashamed as another foreigner."

21.   That, at such moment the respondent stood up and placed himself in front of the complainant and let down a whole barrage of insinuations.

22.   That, at a certain moment the respondent challenged the complainant to go outside for a fight and complainant herein followed him expecting thereby a plain "fist-fight" to settle the matter once and forever.

23.   That, respondent furthermore challenged complainant to cross the road and proceed to the open grass-space on the other side of the road.

24.   That, a few seconds after the two arrived at the grassy lot where it was a bit dark the respondent pulled a canister containing "pepper-spray" out of his pocked and sprayed at the eyes of the complainant herein.

25.    That, only part of the pepper-spray entered the right eye of the complainant herein and upon noticing the police to be in the vicinity at such time the respondent hid or threw away the canister and a search by the police on request of complainant yielded negative at such time.

26.   That, the police invited both parties to come to the police station to record the incident into the police-blotter. However, the complainant's right eye was very painful and within 5 minutes it should be his time to play music again, so he told the police that he would come later, or even the next day to file his complaint.

27.   That, somehow complainant and respondent went both back into the disco and complainant waited for the band to finish with their first set.

28.   That, later on the same night another challenge was made by the respondent en again the police was called but this time the police never showed up inside the disco and the complainant was only later informed that the respondent was able to sneak away inside a pedicap.

29.   That, the complainant suffered injuries to his right eye with the possibility that he has to undergo an early cataract operation in Cebu city, and has the intention to file several civil and criminal cases against the respondent related to the facts and allegations as described hereinabove.  

30.   That, in order to file these cases as described hereinabove against the respondent with the courts of justice, he likewise has to file a complaint first with the Barangay officials concerned before a "certification to file action" can be obtained thereto if the respondent likewise resides in the city of Dumaguete.

31.   That, up to this day, complainant herein has no knowledge of the location of the residence of the respondent herein.


IN VIEW OF THE ABOVESTATED FACTS, THE COMPLAINANT IN THIS CASE REQUESTS THE CHIEF OF POLICE OF THE DUMAGUETE CITY PNP MOST RESPECTFULLY TO SET A DATE AND TIME FOR A MEETING/CONFERENCE BETWEEN THE TWO PARTIES NAMED HEREIN AT THE DUMAGUETE CITY POLICE STATION AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

Ik kreeg net een text met de inhoud: Waarom een "Request for Entry in Police - Blotter" en waarom niet rechtstreeks naar de investigator?

Om de volgende reden:

Als je naar een "Police-Station" gaat om daabij een "blotter-entry" op te laten maken zit je daar achter een tafel met soms een hoop schreeuwende mensen, en als de investigator dan aan het schrijven is dan gaat de "radioset" weer af of de telefoon gaat over of dit, of dat...enz.enz..
Want vaak is dan de investigator ook tegelijk de "radio-officer" enz. enz.......

Beter om het thuis even rustig op schrift te zetten en dan zijn ook die investigators daar blij mee...

WAAROM EEN CONFRONTATION/MEETING IN THE POLICE-STATION?

Ik wil zijn ACR-card (waarschijnlijk "temporary-visitors card" omdat hij niet getrouwd is met een ... ) zien en kijken of hij "overstaying" is of niet.......

Zowel, dan is dat weer een +punt....voor de complainant in deze zaak............

Willem, ben het met je eens dat het management van Why Not, wie of wat dat ook is of mag zijn, veel te laks optreedt tegen die soort excessen. Blijkbaar is de drang naar omzet en winstbejag groter dan het respect dat klanten dienen te tonen naar het personeel. Zelf mee gemaakt, al weer een paar weken geleden, dat ik op een stille doordeweekse avond in het restaurant zat te eten. Behalve ik nog een tafel met 2 gasten (een filipina met expat). Komt er op een gegeven moment een of andere malloot (beter gezegd idioot) binnen van het mannelijk geslacht. Te horen naar zijn spraak een Engelsman, gekleed met een rokje aan. Daar begonnen mijn wenkbrauwen al van te fronsen, maar och anno 2011 moet dat kunnen ook in de  zal ik maar denken. Maar die halve zool, duidelijk al in de olie, begon handtastelijk te worden door serveersters in hun kont te knijpen en meer van dat soort dingen. Op een gegeven moment pakte ie zelfs een mes. Nou ja, als ik in een restaurant zit te eten, wens ik niet dat mijn etentje wordt verstoord, eenzelfde mening was het aanwezige echtpaar ook toe gedaan. Na veel aandringen kwam dan eindelijk de supervisor die weer de security guard inschakelde om de ongenode gast te verwijderen. Scheelde overigens niet veel of ik had het zelf gedaan, maar uiteindelijk word ik daar niet voor betaalt en in zo'n situatie kan het een het andere uit lokken en voor je het weet zit je ook op het politie buro om een pagina te vullen als "blotter-entry". Met andere woorden wordt hoog tijd dat Why Not een andere koers gaat varen door irritante lieden zoals deze yank en die malloot van een UK-er, voor eens en altijd te bannen.

Ja, dat maak je dan hier elke dag mee zoiets en ik ben het dan ook helemaal met u eens betreffende uw zienswijze hieromtrent.
Maar vreemd dat die supervisor (in het rood/zwart) de manager er niet bij riep want die is daar ELKE avond vanaf 20.30 uur.
Het viel mij ook op dat de dicipline er daar achteruit gaat ten koste van het personeel (en de service).
Maar ik ga een grote brief schrijven maandagavond aan de general manager (ga daar niet meer werken of die John wordt eerst toegang geweigerd en dat zie ik niet zo zitten).
Haar echtgenoor is het volledig met mijn zienswijze eens evenwel het betrokken personeel.
Dank voor de informatie hetgeen mij alleen ten goede kan komen....
