Hier wordt vanavond niet gegeten.....maar GEVRETEN......

Geld is geen obstakel...en sommigen gaan een lening bij de banken aan om aan de buren te laten zien hoe goed ze zijn....doen ze dat in  en  ookk...

Tja,hier lenen ze een paar duizend euro om op vakantie te kunnen gaan,dus zo verschillend hier met daar zal het wel niet zijn denk ik.

Hier werd Deliah van Tom Jones geoefend voor vanavond....wat een ellende om aan te horen.....

Ik vond dit mooie vogeltjes maar een beetje duur @ P1980 per paar en ik denk dat die van Palawan komen?....

Natuurlijk is het beter als ze vrij kunnen vliegen.......in de natuur

Ik heb hier een mooie grote kooi in de werkplaats staan en zou wel een mooie "SERRE" (juiste woord?) willen maken waar ze veel meer ruimte in hebben.

Weet ook niet wat het zijn, geen gewone parkieten dus ..deze zijn iets groter...........graag wat hulp hierbij....

Dear Sir,
First of all I would like to forward my best wishes to you for the year of 2014.

Secondly, I would like to thank you for your speedy action regarding my complaint about the garbage situation. At least now there are no more bad odors coming from the other side of the party wall involved.

Third, I would like to call your attention to the following situation:
A few days ago I noticed that there are new tenants occupying Door I of your apartments.
At the same day these tenants started throwing cigarette buds over the party wall onto my property and likewise some food leftovers.

At one time my partner stood beside the party-wall and got a burning cigarette-bud in her hair.
At such time she called my attention and I told the people at the other side of the party-wall in a bit of a loud voice that my property is not a public ashtray and garbage bin.
I requested them thereby to refrain from throwing their waste products onto my property but until this time they continue with their asocial behavior.

At many times I park my motorbike at the back of this wall and this bike is leaking a bit gasoline sometimes  and if my neighbors start throwing lighted cigarette buds over the party-wall you can imagine what could happen if things go wrong.

I have been wondering aloud what would go on in the brains of these people involved to be so blatantly ignorant, or it might just be the case that they just try to provoke me because I am like they said in Cebuano "another stupid foreigner" but I don't now for what reason because I have never seen these people in my life before.

It does not matter whether or not these cigarette-buds are burning or not, because normal people who respect their neighbors do not resort to this kind of irresponsible engagements.

My partner was so angry that she wanted to report this issue to Power 91 Radio on the program of "Jones Manaba" however I told her that such action should only be used as a last resort in order to avoid any further unnecessary escalation of the situation.

In view of the above stated information I would like to request you hereby once more very kindly to take the necessary action to request your tenants occupying Door I thereby to desist from throwing any kind of waste -materials over the party-wall involved for it would always be better to have peace with your neighbors as much as possible like for example in case if there would be any intruder passing my property into your property while your security guard is sleeping on duty such intruder(s) would be detected by the cameras installed on my property.

De meesten die in die apartments wonen komen niet uit Dumaguete maar verblijven hier tijdelijk...

Ik heb al iemand in de disco opdracht gegeven om alle asbakken in een plastic zak te legen en die zak aan mij te geven zodat ik die zou kunnen legen over de party-wall?............ .........
