Creek, Tocino heb je in allerlei variaties zowel met varkensvlees als kip. Deze variant heb ik ook nog niet eerder gezien. Soms ziet het er lekker uit, maar ik vind het niet te kanen, want het is zoet. Geen wonder als je bedenkt dat op een kilo vlees o.a. zo'n 8 eetlepels suiker wordt gebruikt

Om mijn yamaha te kunnen registreren in Dumaguete had men bij de LTO in Dumaguete een CONFIRMATION nodig van de LTO in Danao Cebu.



Maar voor maanden geen antwoord uit Danao en nu dreigde ik met de Ombudsman en daar zijn ze toch nog wel serieus mee wan na mijn brief van 23 april 2012 werden de papieren WEL bij de LTO Dumaguete ontvangen op 4 mei 2012....

Soms is een grote bek toch wel handig............

Sir,

As introduction I hereby refer you to annex A (with attachments) as enclosed with this letter.

Annex A (with attachments) was forwarded to your office by way of LBC on January 27 2012 with O.R. number: 0105180.

In the same Annex-A as described herein above I requested you very kindly to reply to me within ten (10) working days after receipt of the same.

However, and until the present date, I have never been able to receive any reply thereto from the Danao LTO district Office chief nor anybody else employed with the same office.

Sir, with all due respect, may I inform you that under the ANTI-GRAFT AND CORRUPT PRACTICES ACT and the CODE OF CONDUCT AND ETHICAL STANDARDS FOR PUBLIC OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES (RA 6713) Section 4 (a), Section 4 (e), Section 5 (a)and Section 5 (c) and all other sections related to the same you should be reminded that as a government public official you have the duty to serve the public and it's not the public which should be serving you.

On April 13 2012 I checked with the person in charge for the handling of "REQUESTS FOR CONFIRMATION" with the LTO Dumaguete city District office to find out once more if she had received any reply on the "REQUEST FOR CONFIRMATION" No:54273782-5 which had been send to the LTO Danao District Office on October 13 2011 by way of LBC as described in Annex A.
Nevertheless, I was informed that there had been no reply at all from the Danao LTO district office since the day of October 15 2011 after a certain JOSEPHINE LAOLAO received the REQUEST FOR CONFIRMATION  as described herein above.

Moreover, I had likewise forwarded a prepaid empty LBC envelope addressed to the LTO Dumaguete city district office together with the REQUEST FOR CONFIRMATION as described herein above.
This envelope was only valid for three months after it was issued on October 13, 2011.

The same person at the LTO Dumaguete city District office showed me likewise some REQUEST FOR CONFIRMATION returns from the LTO Danao district office in which case one of these forms was send back to the LTO Dumaguete District office after not less than ONE (1) year !

As of the present date I cannot use my motorbike because I don't have the proper registration just for the fact that LTO Danao District office does not return the requested documents involved.
I am in the opinion that such is ridiculous and is contrary to the CODE of CONDUCT as depicted in this letter.

Therefore, I am in the opinion that it is my right to seek justice with the Office of the Ombudsman for I am on the losing side without braking any law or regulation myself.

However, the person in charge of handling the "REQUESTS for CONFIRMATION" at the LTO Dumaguete city District office made a very kind suggestion to me and to release thereby a new REQUEST FOR CONFITMATION to be send once more to the LTO Danao District office.

The REQUEST for CONFIRMATION (No: 743338720-4) as described in the above stated paragraph is herein enclosed as Annex- B.

In view of the above stated facts and information I do hereby request you once more to take immediate action and return thereby this new REQUEST for CONFIRMATION to the LTO Dumaguete city District Office within 15 working days as described in Section 5 (a) of REPUBLIC ACT. 6713.
