zeker werk dat , heel goed zelfs. maar niet aan te raden bij hoge snelheden . voor in de fils zou je het verplicht in je auto moeten hebben voor als je naar de bergen gaat . het is zeer gemakkelijk aan te brengen zo.n prop.
alleen te gebruiken bij band zonder binnen band , tubeless.  

Waarom niet bij hoge snelheden ? In NL gebruiken ze niks anders dan die proppen !

Btw, leuk om bij je te hebben maar dan moet je ook een compressor meenemen anders heb je er nog niks aan  :happy2: :happy2:
Het land zal altijd groener zijn aan de andere kant van de heuvel....

Had vroeger altijd zo'n 12V compressortje bij me.Je hebt ook van die voetpompen voor autobanden.

Ok...vanmiddag naar opinion nummer 3 geweest (mijn "vaste" doctor)..........moest wel twee uur wachten omdat ik er weer tussen was gestopt want die man heeft zoveel patienten dat het daar elke dag vol loopt..............

Ik had het "biopsy report" van de dermapathologist al een paar dagen eerder aan zijn secretaresse gegeven en toen ik bij hem binnen kwam vroeg hij: "Where is the Silliman University medical center "histopathology" report?

I zei: "No sir...because it was the dermathologist who asked to be given the related slides and samples and she insisted on her own reading"

Ik ging iets zenuwachtig verder: "Why doc....you do not agree with her readings?"............... :ikkeniebegrijp: :ikkeniebegrijp:

Hij zei: "No, I dont said so but in a case like this case there is nothing wrong with a second "independent" reading........and I know the pathologist in Sill. Med. center very well and she is one of the best in the  :smiley-philippines:....and maybe it cost you a few hundred pasos but you will have peace of mind in either way...whether the readings are the same or they would differ"



Ik zei: "I did not think about this at all sir and I fully agree with you and I will go there on my regular visit to remove the stitches (if possible) and I will try to find an excuse to "borrow" the slides and likewise the samples"

Ik zei: "I hope that she will not be pissed off with me because she already told me very clearly: "If I notice that a patient does not trust me...I will advise that patient to sign a waiver and choose a new doctor of his or her own choice"

Hij zei: "Did she really said so?".........

Ik zei: "Very sure sir...she told me very clearly"

Hij glimlachte een beetje en zei verder niets meer daaromtrent.......

Ik ging verder: "But doc...she signed the "histology-report" and she has to protect her name because if later comes out that she has been lying about the contents and facts of this report..... she will not only risk in getting a bad name in this city.......... but she could also be involved in court cases against herself... whatever those might be...in the RTC....PRC or Phil. Board of Medicines or whatever and whereever is needed to get justice"

He said: " Well that's right and she has been one year in Japan"

Ik ging verde: "Sir, can they do a BRESLOW thickness test in Silliman Medical Center Laboratory?"

He said: "Yes they can"

Ik heb het "gevoel" dat daar de schoen wringt: De BRESLOW thickness test in plaats van de CLARCK'S LEVEL bepaling....... :denk: :denk: :weetikniet: :weetikniet:

Even de electric fan uitgezet....ik bevries hier zo'n beetje............... :negatief: :negatief: :negatief:

Hij heeft me 400 in plaats van 300 berekend omdat ik weer lijsten vol met "domme" vragen had.............. :lachen: :lachen:

"Sir, if this Dermapathologist would be lying about these readings...or else by a "mistaken" reading for reasons that she does not know how to identify the differences between "normal cells" or "cancer cells"............ would it not be that she would be putting the future of her profession in hot water?" (correct one f in proffession)

He said:"Yes of course"

"Sir, the radiation of one ct-scan compared to the radiation of one X-ray?"

Als ik die slides heb dan zou ik ook nog een derde "reading" kunnen laten doen in Chung Hua Hospital in Cebu city als noodzakelijk.... :thumb: :thumb: :happy:

Wat als ze weigert de slides te geven uit angst dat ze wordt gesnapt op "falsification of private documents"?...

Zal ik ze vanavond even ophalen na middernacht?.... :denk: :denk: :denk: :weetikniet: :weetikniet:

Een rijke man parkeert (even 3 uur) op de stoep (voetpad?..trottoir?...)
