This was what Senator Miriam Defensaor Santiago said in a press briefing on Wednesday morning, July 2 at around at the Senate's Sumulong Room.
After announcing that she was battling Stage 4 lung cancer, Santiago went on to address questions about the crucial issues that the government is facing.

(UPDATE 2) Senator Miriam Santiago has bared she is battling lung cancer, a surprising announcement amid reports she may be eyeing presidency in 2016.
"I have come so you can [see] me personally before cancer ravages my body," Santiago said in an announcement, parts of which were tweeted on her personal account @SenMiriam.
The senator said she has Stage 4 cancer on her left lung, as she notes she's hoping to "see you in six weeks recovered, after going through treatment." She also attributed her difficulty in breathing to the cancer.

"I don't smoke. I don't drink," she added.
"I don't know what the reactions of my enemies are. Maybe they'll be happy because on one hand I might die and then they could get rid of me but on the other hand, I might survive and I will get rid of them," she added.
Santiago said although the cancer is at Stage 4, it has not metastasized or spread in other parts of her body.
"In my case, they are very very well-behaved. I've been disciplined all my life so even my cancer cells are showing excellent discipline," she added, noting that she'll be taking medicine and won't undergo chemotheraphy.
When asked what could've triggered her illness, Santiago said in jest: "giving trouble to my colleagues at work."
Earlier in June, Santiago also stepped down as judge of the International Criminal Court, citing health reasons.

Wat zou dat in  of  kosten?

Een lange broek (slacks) zal in  al gauw â,¬ 50 kosten bij C&A denk ik

Ik heb enkele jaren geleden een broek welke ik gekocht had in  na laten maken hier maar dat was toch geen succes moet ik zeggen, die ligt dan ook allang bij de vuilnis.
Koste toen P500 + de stof( de kwaliteit daarvan haalde het bij lange na niet t.o.v het  model waar ik wel om gevraagd had), samen was het iets van P800.
